Bmeme is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to guide the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our project portfolio.

This role will play a fundamental part in our company's growth process, orchestrating workflows across parallel projects and ensuring the sustainability of delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

Vision and coordination

Develop and maintain an integrated view of all active projects through advanced collaboration and visual planning tools

Introduce and consolidate a data-driven culture within the team, by structuring systems to collect and interpret progress, resource utilization, and capacity data

Collaborate daily with Tech Leads and Client Managers to ensure alignment between objectives and internal capabilities

Forecast resource requirements and facilitate their optimal allocation

Proactively identify potential resource conflicts and develop mitigation strategies

Delivery management

Develop and maintain, with team support, release roadmaps for short and medium-term (3-6 months) active projects

Evaluate the consistency and quality of roadmaps before sharing with stakeholders

Serve as the point of reference for managing unplanned issues

Participate in client relationships at key moments (kickoffs, roadmap presentations, progress reviews)

Reporting and metrics

Implement a standardized reporting system to measure project progress

Collect and analyze resource utilization metrics and track progress against objectives

Provide data-driven insights on project profitability to support strategic decisions

Produce regular reports for management on overall portfolio performance

Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing complex digital projects, preferably in IT consulting environments
  • Mastery (preferably certified) of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello) for workflow management
  • Expertise in implementing and managing monitoring dashboards with specific KPIs (burn-down charts, velocity metrics, capacity utilization, cycle time)
  • Solid knowledge of resource management and capacity planning techniques, with experience in optimizing cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects with competing timelines and priorities

Soft Skills and Additional Requirements

  • Facilitator mindset with horizontal leadership, listening abilities, and collaborative approach
  • Aptitude for planning, systemic problem-solving, and adaptability in changing environments
  • Ability to balance operational requirements with company budget constraints, serving as a mediator between delivery needs and financial resources
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies and understanding of CI/CD practices
  • Experience in improving delivery processes and collaborating with DevOps teams
