The project was born from the need to overcome the limitations of a monolithic architecture and embrace a flexible, high-performance digital model, while ensuring robust and forward-looking business management

In this project, our role went beyond software development, acting as a vital link between business needs and technical execution. We managed the complexity of multi-stakeholder feedback, transforming it into an agile evolutionary roadmap capable of balancing methodological rigor with speed of execution

Decoupled architecture for global performance

We guided the transition to a "Headless" approach by separating the back-end (Drupal) from the front-end (Next.js). This choice resulted in an extremely responsive portal, essential for maintaining luxury brand standards globally and delivering a compromise-free user experience

PIM integration and design stewardship

We orchestrated the integration of data synchronization logic from the PIM to the CMS. As a Technical Partner, we collaborated with the external creative agency, ensuring that architectural complexity never interfered with aesthetic output, acting as guarantors of the project’s technological integrity

Proactive process management

Through constant coordination, we provided Flexform’s management with certainty in releases and transparent priority management, turning technological challenges into concrete growth opportunities for the brand

For Flexform, we separated the content management engine (Drupal) from the user interface (Next.js).
