Vivo Concerti

Vivo Concerti is one of Italy's leading promoters, a benchmark for organizing tours and live shows for top-tier national and international artists. In a dynamic market where "time-to-ticket" and information speed are critical factors, their web portal is the vital link between fans, artists, and events.

Digital evolution in Entertainment

In an industry where immediacy and emotion drive user behavior, Vivo Concerti's digital presence needed to evolve into a robust, fast ecosystem capable of handling the pressure of major "sold out" events. The partnership with Bmeme originated from the need to overcome past technological constraints and build a platform that matches the prestige of the artists and the expectations of an increasingly mobile and connected audience.

Main goals

The previous Vivo Concerti portal suffered from navigation constraints and a structure that hindered both the user experience and editorial agility, especially in high-load scenarios.

UX/UI Revolution

Eliminate navigation friction and adopt a modern, "social-oriented" design to showcase artist iconography.

Mobile-First

Ensure flawless usability on smartphones, the primary device for the target audience.

Advanced search

Implement an ultra-fast search system with filters for artist, venue, date, and city.

Editorial Agility

Streamline content management, making the communication of updates, postponements, and cancellations instantaneous.

The strategy: evolution towards a Headless architecture

To overcome the flexibility constraints and performance limits of the legacy monolithic structure, Bmeme led a radical architectural transition to the Decoupled paradigm. We orchestrated an API-first ecosystem featuring Strapi as the Headless CMS for granular data management and Next.js to power the frontend delivery. This clear separation between logic and presentation allows for agile scaling, especially during the massive traffic spikes typical of major tour announcements. The result is a solid, high-performance platform capable of ensuring fast loading times and total creative freedom in User Experience development.

Decoupled Architecture

Focus on decoupled architectures

The decoupled (or headless) approach allows the backend to be separated from the frontend, offering maximum creative freedom in design and superior performance. This choice is ideal for platforms handling large volumes of data and high traffic.

Architecture and implemented solutions

01

UI/UX: a "Social-Oriented" interface

Adopting Next.js allowed us to create an extremely responsive frontend. We focused on maximizing the visual impact of images and social integration, optimizing every component to ensure fast loading times even during the traffic peaks typical of major tour announcements.

02

Discovery: instant search and user area

We redesigned the search system to be intuitive and powerful. Users can now find events by filtering by city, date, or artist name in a fraction of a second. Additionally, a private user area was implemented to allow for more direct interaction with the community.

03

Strapi: editorial efficiency and immediate updates

The introduction of Strapi as a Headless CMS drastically lightened the editorial team's workload. The backend's speed allows for near-instant updates on the frontend, a feature that proved essential in managing dynamic situations where timely information is vital.

04

CI/CD and evolutionary maintenance

The project is managed through Continuous Integration procedures and incremental releases. For several years, Bmeme has handled both routine maintenance and the continuous evolution of the platform, ensuring it remains at the technological forefront.

Results and value delivered

The technological evolution managed by Bmeme has transformed the Vivo Concerti portal into a digital extension of the live experience, reflecting the energy of major events from the very first click. Adopting a decoupled architecture has allowed for performance optimization focused on Core Web Vitals, ensuring a structure designed for speed that effectively supports the conversion funnel. Beyond technical benefits, the project has restored full operational autonomy to the editorial team: Strapi’s flexibility allows for the near-instant management of announcements and schedule changes, ensuring stability even during the extreme traffic peaks typical of major "sold out" events. The result is a solid, future-oriented digital ecosystem where data security and high-quality user experience converge to strengthen the bond between the brand and its community.
