Standards and sustainability for Museums

The value of a cost-cutting, collaboration-driven digital model

The digital challenge in the cultural sector

The museum world needs a long-term digital strategy, rather than costly, ad-hoc implementations. In line with the fair's Better Together theme, we bring our expertise to help address two core challenges: cost and complexity; lack of shared standards.

A model for Museums: designing solid, accessible information structures

01

Sustainable models: embracing simplification

We propose a standardized, replicable solution that significantly reduces development and maintenance costs. This model simplifies internal operations for museums, including the smallest institutions, while ensuring long-term sustainability.

02

Institutional foundations and robust structures

Our model isn't theoretical: it's built on structured data and international standards such as schema.org. For information architecture, we draw directly on work developed by the AgID team (information architecture guidelines and development libraries), ensuring maximum robustness and compliance.

03

Accessible information structures: an essential for culture

We act as the technical partner who turns guidelines into robust, accessible information architectures. The result: systems that meet the sector's core requirements.

Reputation and focus: verified reliability

Our reliability stems from our 16-year history of managing complex projects for Public Administration. Our technical specialization in Drupal and high-responsibility system management are evidenced by institutional projects like the Italian Senate (Senato della Repubblica), confirming our competence in critical contexts.

Our vision on fundraising and collaboration

While we do not have direct experience with fundraising campaigns, we are interested listeners keen to understand the sector’s challenges. We believe that our digital model, being standardized and replicable, can facilitate the creation of joint campaigns among museums, opening up new opportunities for shared funding.

We are ready to guide your museum's digital transformation with a concrete and collaborative vision
